Welcome to BELLAURA. By purchasing products from www.bellaura.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and obligations when shopping with us.

Order Process

To place an order, select the desired product(s) and proceed to checkout, where you will provide personal details such as your name, delivery address, and payment information. Your payment will be charged when your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. All shipments include a tracking number
  • If your items arrive damaged, please report this to both the courier and BELLAURA on the same day. Damaged items must be returned immediately. BELLAURA is not responsible for damages incurred during transit

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and local shipping conditions.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, and with all original hang tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments, and hygiene seals must remain intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our Return Portal, where you will be guided through the process step by step. Simply enter your order number and email address to begin.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation and a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and shipped back to us within 30 days of your return confirmation.

You can also return or exchange your purchase in our BELLAURA Boutique at Værnedamsvej 4A, 1619 Copenhagen V.

Return Shipping
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is displayed during the return process in our portal
  • By using our Return Portal, you benefit from a trackable shipping service, ensuring a secure return process
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please place a new order through our webshop. You are also welcome to exchange items directly in our BELLAURA Boutique.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

All BELLAURA products are covered by a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act

  • The warranty allows you to report defects within 24 months of purchase
  • It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
