Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
*Norway: BELLAURA is VOEC-registered (3029662), and prices shown to Norwegian customers include 25 % Norwegian VAT. No additional taxes or fees will apply upon delivery.
**Switzerland: Orders to Switzerland are shipped tax-free from Denmark. Swiss VAT (currently 7.7 %) and customs handling fees will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
***United Kingdom: BELLAURA is not VAT-registered in the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped tax-free from Denmark, and UK VAT (20 %) and any applicable import fees will be charged by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. This is why we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of receipt.
At BELLAURA you always have 30 days to return your order, more than the law requires. You also keep your statutory right under EU law to withdraw within 14 days, explained in full below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In addition to our 30-day return policy, you have a statutory right under EU consumer law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You may exercise this right by completing the withdrawal form on our website, by writing to us at contact@bellaura.com, in person at our boutique, or by using the standard withdrawal form below. We will confirm receipt of your request by email, noting the date and time it was registered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including pieces that have been individually altered or tailored at your request. Where only part of an order is made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal continues to apply to the remaining standard pieces. You will be informed clearly before purchase whenever an item falls outside the right of withdrawal for this reason.
Conditions for Returns
1) Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original hang tags still attached
2) Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted
3) For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments, and hygiene seals must remain intact
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our Return Portal where you will be guided through the process step by step. Simply enter your order number and email address to begin.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation and a shipping label. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and shipped back to us within 30 days of your return confirmation.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund, and the exact amount will be displayed during the return process in our portal. By using our Return Portal, you benefit from a trackable shipping service, ensuring a secure return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please place a new order on our webshop. You are also welcome to exchange items directly in our BELLAURA boutique.
