Somelos is a Portuguese textile manufacturer we have come to know and trust both through our work together and through our visit to their factory and headquarters in Ronfe, Guimarães. Founded in 1958, the company has grown into one of Portugal's most respected names in textile production, known for the quality of their yarns and fabrics and the care with which they are made.

Somelos operates a vertically integrated facility in Ronfe, from spinning to finishing, every step of production takes place under one roof. This gives them full control over quality and consistency, and it shows in the fabrics they produce. Their capacity of four million metres annually is built on decades of refined technique and a genuine commitment to getting things right.
